He was predeceased by: his parents, Rollo Cook and Iva Jane Cook (VanDeventer); his siblings, Max Cook and Mary Louise; his brothers-in-law, Rev. Richard Taylor, Ron Meyer and Clyde Kickhaefer; his niece Rebekah Urtuis (Kickhaefer); and his nephew Taylor Dean.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Kickhaefer; his children, Kim Bacon (Max) of Abilene, KS, Sara (Loren Laird) of Salina, KS, Becky Schwab of Abilene and Kris Cook (Cathi) of Linn Creek; his grandchildren, James McCosh (Katie), Dustin McCosh (Amanda), Chandra Laird (Jay Yedsiniak), Aaron Laird, Nicole Barrows (Justin), Kyle Cook (Brandie), Brianna Cowley (Jared) and Larson; and his sisters-in-law, Marilyn Meyer and Elizabeth Kickhaefer.
