She was predeceased by : her parents, Roy A. Woods and Velma Woods (Beetch); her husband Dale Walter Phillips; her son Steve; and her siblings, Elsie Viola, Rose Michau and Carl.

She is survived by : her children, Dalene Judd of Hayward, WI and Jerry (Jean) of Austin, TX; and her daughter-in-law Sharon Phillips Dowell of Knoxville, TN.. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Martin-Becker-Carlson Funeral Home (414 NW 3rd St, Abilene, KS 67410). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at the Woodlawn Cemetery.
