He was predeceased by : his mother Connie Johnson. He is survived by : his father Harry Johnson; his daughter Talitha Flores (Joel Flores); his grandson Beau Ryder; his girlfriend Kate Olko; and his siblings, Jeff Johnson (Kelly), Jill Duryea (Brian) and John Johnson.
