We announce the death of Thomas Litke of Abilene, Kansas, who passed away on July 16, 2026, at the age of 90. Thomas will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Benjamin and Faye Litke (Newcomb); and his siblings, Naomi Moran (Kenneth), Vera Younggren (Leroy) and Don Litke (Lucille).
He is survived by: his wife Diane Litke; his children, Scott Litke (Kathy), Laura Stroud (Curtis) and Michael Litke; his grandchildren, Brandon Litke (Teagan), Derek Litke (Hannah), Jaden Litke (Riley Krueger), Brenna Stroud (Dom DeWolf), Amelia Litke, Kenneth Stroud (Betty Jo McNett) and Emily Litke; his great grandchildren, Ellie Litke and Madeline Litke; his sisters, Ruth Newcomb and Norma Stringer (Ken); and his sister-in-law Candy Boardman Litke.
