It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willard Davis of Abilene, Kansas, who passed away on April 20, 2026, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Willard Davis to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Sr. Davis and Mayme Davis; his wife Mavis Davis; his sons, Daniel Davis and Greg Davis; his daughter-in-law Yvonne Davis; and his siblings, Ray Davis, George Davis, Wilma Nicholson and Virginia Taylor.
He is survived by: his children, Bruce Davis (Deborah) of Powhatan, VA, Willard Lee Davis III (Lee) of Salina, KS, Jeffery Davis (Debbie) of Abilene, KS, Cynthia Neill (Mark) of Emporia, KS, Terry Davis (Jeff) of Charlotte, NC, Denise Neill of Phoenix, AZ and Glenna Phillips (Steve) of Salina, KS.; and his daughters-in-law, Debbie Davis of Abilene, KS and Cherie Davis of Riley, KS.. He is also survived by 30 grandchildren, 53 great-grandchildren, 11 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Andrew's Catholic Church (311 S Buckeye Ave, Abilene, KS 67410). A rosary was held on Tuesday, May 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 5th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
