He is survived by: his wife Janice Horak; his children, Luke (Kerri Lynne), Douglas (Lisa) and Georgia Flood (Scott); and his stepchildren, Terry Horak (Wendi), Brian Horak (Lisa) and Kelly Donovan (Garrett). He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
