He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Schwalm and Eleanor Elizabeth Schwalm (Tenbrink); his siblings, Donald Schwalm, Dorothy Ronnau, Edna Baldwin (Robert), Wilma Willmer (Jack), Nyla Schwalm and Maxine "Mickey" Schwalm; and his brothers-in-law, John R. Bloomfield, Bob Button and Terry Elsasser.
He is survived by: his siblings, Darlene Bloomfield of Wamego, KS, Mary Button of Portland, OR, Letha Elsasser of Salina, KS and John Raymond Schwalm (Marilyn) of Nortonville, KS. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Holy Family Catholic Church West 1st. A rosary will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Holy Family Catholic Church.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Holy Family Catholic Church or St. Marys Manor.
