He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Ruth and Opal Ruth (Brown). He is survived by: his wife Marla Ruth (Miller) of Almena; his children, Jeremy Ruth (Joni) of Kearney, Troy Ruth of Almena and Sammye Clarke (Andrew) of Georgetown; his stepsons, Christopher Wentz of Beaumont and Erik Wentz of Cheyenne; his sister Shirley Moore (Catherine Orr) of Orlando Florida; and his grandchildren, Camile, Jamie, Tahpanga, Hunter, Alura, Ella, Charlye, Martin and Tommy. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
