He is survived by: his former wife Krista G. Kellogg; his wife Nancy; his daughters, Samantha C. Engelhardt of Almena, Heather R. Richardson (Billy) of Colorado Springs and Melanie D. Abeyta (Joe) of Santa Monica, California.; and his sister Virginia McMillin.
