He was predeceased by: his parents, William G. Alexander and Gladys A. Alexander (Gipe); and his siblings, Richard "Dick", Russell Moreland, Loretta Groom and Marilyn Garrison.
He is survived by: his wife Gayle L. Troutner; his daughters, Carmen Alexander (B. J. Aragon) of Newbury Park, CA and Candice Stevens (Spencer) of Almena, KS; his siblings, Lyman Delimont (Becky) of Almena, KS and Joanne Miller (Larry) of Almena, KS; his brother-in-law Bob Garrison of Railroad Flats, CA; his grandchildren, Spencer Stevens, Kynzie Rubio (Quirino), Alex, Dawson Stevens, Dante, Dominique and Destiny Aragon; and his great grandchildren, Amora Simoneau, Allena, Xander Stevens, Paige and Julian Rubio. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
