She is survived by: her significant other James Gerdes; her children, Kevin Gerdes of Altamont, James E. Gerdes (Kari) of Pittsburgh and Sarah Bolin of Altamont; her grandchildren, Hannah Gerdes and Nicholas Bolin; and her sisters, Gretchen Garrett (Doug) of Olathe and Janice Beaty of Puerto Vallarta.
