He is survived by: his parents, John Edward and Bonnie Gayle Cunningham (Kenworthy); his siblings, Bradley Cunningham of Anchorage, Rebecca Buchanan (Bob) of McCune, Christy Palmer (Doug) of Fredonia, Esther Junod (Ron) of Radcliff and Melody Miller of Altamont; his nieces and nephews, Adam, Norma, Katie, Reilly, Justin, Jaylee, Jade and Jay; and his great-nephew Wyatt.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to help defray final expenses.
