He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Burris and Audrey K. Billman (Manley); his wife Nita; his children, Russell Hine (Katie) of Parsons, Randall Hine (Katrina) of Anderson, Phillip Billman (Gail) of Altamont, Rhonda Heston (Dave Korver) of Altamont, Ramona Gofourth (Rod) of Edna, Melody Ramirez (Billman) of Parsons and Thirteen; his grandchild Twenty; his sister Imogene Hannon (Robert) of Parsons; his sister-in-law Sharon Billman of Parsons; his brother David Billman; and his grandson Justin William Ramirez.

Memorials are suggested to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice.
