He was predeceased by: his parents, William George and Marjorie Ballard (Boland); and his sons, Bruce and Bradley Ballard. He is survived by: his girlfriend Linda Iman of Alton; his children, Brett Ballard (Susan) of Newton, KS, Monica Hoy (Jason) of Hutchinson, KS, Brian Ballard (Nicole) of Goddard, KS, Brice Ballard (Kari) of Alton and Christina Graf (Wayne) of Alton; and his siblings, William Ballard, Jr. (Beverly) of Alton, Lillian Conway (Patrick) of Alton and Sandra Byarlay (Mark) of Burlington, CO. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandson.
