He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Barnhart and Mary Ann Barnhart (LaSalle); and his son Brad Wayne Barnhart. He is survived by: his wife Antoinette Marie Meehan (Toni); his children, Laura Hull (Jerry) of Hugoton, KS, Breck Barnhart (Mo) of Wichita, KS, Stephanie Cheverie (Chris) of Carver, MA, Dawn Krokstrom (Kevin) of Chanute, KS and Shawn Hines (Nicki) of Iola, KS.; his siblings, Carl Barnhart, Jay Barnhart (Kristy), Ervin Barnhart (Wendy), Harold Barnhart, Kelly Barnhart, Shirley Lero (David), Carolyn Gericke (William), Sharon Haviland (Barry) and Everly Bruneau; his grandchildren, Caitlin, Freya, Landon, Weston, Karter, Wyatt, Kady, Garrett, Viola, Sam, Ben, Cole and Cora; and his great grandchildren, Sid, Maud, Griffin, Graham, Masyn, Eleanor, Truitt and Rhett.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the First Baptist Church in Altoona, Kansas, and may be left at or mailed to the funeral home.
