He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert E. Hall and Carlie Puckett Hall; and his wife Mary Catherine Wolf (Kate). He is survived by: his son Steven Rozelle Hall; and his children-in-law, Vicki and Fred Press. He is also survived by four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Verdigris Valley Christian Fellowship Church (215 13th St, Altoona, KS 66710). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at the Altoona Cemetery.
