With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Arsula E. Simmons of Andover, Kansas, born in Fall River, Kansas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nerine Atkinson (Welch) and Walt E. Atkinson; her husband Donald W. Simmons; and her daughter Tonya Gregg. She is survived by: her son Lonnie Simmons of Rose Hill, KS; her son-in-law Randy Gregg of Wichita, KS; her sisters, Karen Hughes (Lynn) of Charlotte, NC and Doreen Koop (Eldon) of Howard, KS; her grandchildren, Cody Simmons (Jessica) and Shelby Brown (Kody); and her great grandchildren, Lily, Emma Simmons and Layton Brown.
