He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Lou Howard (Downing) and Quinton Eugene Howard; his brother Ron Howard; and his great-niece Beeley Badman. He is survived by: his siblings, Quinton Howard, Randall Howard, David Howard (Susie) and Quitina Lloyd (Charles); his aunt Marilyn Grissom; and his pet Cobra. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, great & great-great nieces and nephews.
