He was predeceased by: his parents, Bryan Cook and Helen Cook; and his siblings, AJ and Mary Ellen. He is survived by: his wife Clara Brewood; and his sons, Phil and David. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Faith Baptist Church (417 W Central Ave, Andover, KS 67002). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
