She is survived by: her parents, Alice Russell (Russell) of Wichita and Barry Theil Bloom; her brother Tim; her husband Sean Cullinane; her children, Dylan and Shelby Ray; her stepsons, Seanie of Andover and Tyler Cullinane of Andover; her siblings, Kristen Dandurand (Matthew) of Wheat Ridge, Timothy Bloom (Jen) of Andover, Megan Bystrek (Robert) of Hattiesburg and Matthew Bloom (Emily) of Lawrence, Kansas; and her grandmother Olive Bloom (Selfridge) of Wichita. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
