He was predeceased by : his wife Anna Marie Miller; and his brother Gerald "Jerry" Miller. He is survived by : his children, Joseph Miller (Cheryl) of Iola, KS and Susan Farris of Andover, KS; and his grandchildren, Tiffany Meairs (Buck), Levi Farris, Megan Miller, Mandy Roe (Bill) and Melissa Kent (Ryan). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.

A memorial has been established with: St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 123 N. Andover Rd., Andover, Kansas 67002.
