He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Lewis and Fern Lewis; his daughter Stephanie Lewis; his brothers, Paul and Rex Lewis; and his daughter-in-law Angela Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Lewis of Rose Hill; his children, Thomas Lewis (Laurie) of Wichita, James Lewis of Derby, Andrew Lewis of Brooklyn, NY and Brianna Becker (Tim) of Wichita; and his grandchildren, Tate Becker, Gracie Becker, Evelyn Lewis, Lena Lewis, Cade Becker, Alexander Lewis and Lauren Lewis.
A rosary was held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church (123 N Andover Rd, Andover, KS 67002). A Mass will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
