She was predeceased by: her parents, Christopher "Earl" Fisher and Ruth Rachel Fisher (VanMeter). She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Watts; her daughters, April (Mick), Teresa (Jack) and Cheryl (Tim); her sister Pat (Tom); her children, Ronnie, Virgil, Richard and Kelly; and her sisters, Mildred and Collieen. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren other cherished family members, and friends.

In remembrance of Norma's loving and giving spirit, memorial donations may be made in her honor to Faith Baptist Church, 417 W. Central Ave., Andover.
