He is survived by: his children, Paul Turner and Lark Turner; his brothers, John Turner (Carol) of Tulsa, Steve Turner (Kelli) of San Tan Valley, Arizona and Gary Turner (Kate) of Springfield, Missouri; and his sister-in-law Mary Turner.
