She was predeceased by: her father Eddie Balluch; her brother Christopher Balluch (Illa); and her sister-in-law Debbie Goates. She is survived by: her husband Richard Goates of Wichita; her friend Don Ewertt (Sharon Adams); her mother Dorothy Balluch; her siblings, Eugene Balluch, Eddie Balluch, Donald Balluch (Rose) and Donna Dufault (Chuck); her brother-in-law Wayne Goates (Janell); and her nieces and nephews, Tyson Balluch (Antonya), Kevin Balluch, Brian Goates (Stephanie), Tennessa Balluch (Tyler Miller), Kelsey Gaylord (Caleb), Tierra Rust (Jessie), Kourtney Balluch, Jessica Allen (Shad) and Angela Slaven (Montie). She is also survived by nephews and nieces, brothers and sisters.
