He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Bill Duggan (Kristy), Josh Duggan (Stephanie), Kara Duggan and Chris Foskett (Stacey); his grandchildren, Will, Kaci, Grant, Riley, Benjamin, Luke, Nathan, Seth, Burke, Gemma, Jessica and Payge; his great grandchildren, Esme, Rubi, Addy and Lehna; his sisters, Linda Beck, Mary Evans and Verna Abercrombie; Charlie.
