He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Ray Lutes and Ruby Donell Combs; and his brothers, James and Robert Lutes. He is survived by: his children, Mark Lutes (Melanie) of Valley Center, Michael Lutes of Whitewater and Susan Christian (Kerry) of New Whiteland, Indiana. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
