He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred O. Sharp and Nina R. Spangenberg; and his sisters, Gail and Virginia Rae. He is survived by: his wife Alice; his daughters, Lois Simon (Dale), Carol Walden and Susan Machado (Paul); and his siblings, Charles Walden and Sheila Walden-Roach (Gerald). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.
