She was predeceased by : her husband Anthony Bellafiore (Tony). She is survived by : her sons, Dr. Joseph Bellafiore (Cathy) and Dr. Frank Bellafiore (Lori); her grandchildren, Christina Marie Bellafiore-Fallek (Roger), Toni Jo Bellafiore (TJ), JoAnn Bellafiore-York (Tim), John Bellafiore and Mary Bellafiore; and also Timothy Joseph York.
