He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Stark and Wanda Stark (Davis); and his siblings, Shirley Pennington and Terrance. He is survived by: his wife Linda Pennington; his children, Terry Stark (Diana), Judy Spengler (Jay), Mike Stark (Shirley) and David Stark (Rose); and his siblings, Roger Stark, Alice Rose (Steve), Marilyn Potts (Charlie) and Tanya Parker. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews; other relatives; and a host of friends.
Memorials in memory of Ward may be made payable to either the Anthony Masonic Lodge, Anthony Kiwanis Club, or Anthony Christian Church, and can be sent in care of Prairie Rose Funeral Home, 602 E. Main St., Anthony, KS 67003.
