She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Moore and Bonnie Alma Moore (Roberts); her husband Richard Harvey Culbertson; and her brother Gerald Moore. She is survived by: her children, Dennis Totman of Arcadia, KS and Kelli Hansen (Dan) of Provo, UT; and her stepchildren, Jim, Karen, Steve, Ken and Kathy. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 9 step grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 10 step great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
