It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cody Richardson of Arkansas City, Kansas, who passed away on December 8, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Richardson and Lucy Jane Richardson (Stark); his spouse Beverly Jean Hill; and his children, Michael Richardson and Cathy Richardson.
He is survived by: his daughter Becky McDuffy; his grandchildren, Bryson Richardson, Candy Owens, Paul Creveling, Aaron Creveling and Michael Todd; and his great grandchildren, Bryson Jr., Rhianna, James, Neveah, Trever, Leo, John, Josie, Kyler and Nahni.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the West Kansas Ave. Church of God (403 W Kansas Ave, Arkansas City, KS 67005).
Memorials in his name may be made to the Church of God; donations may be left in the care of the Shelley Family Funeral Home.
