He was predeceased by : his parents, Boyd Baxter and Frances Baxter (McCool); his spouse Sherrilyn Etoyle Webb; and his sister Phyllis Baxter. He is survived by : his daughters, Lori Sims (Greg) of Newkirk, OK and Juli Calabrese (Stanley Dennis) of Wichita, KS; and his grandchildren, Tiffani York (Evan) and Jared Sims.
