With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Debra Baker of Arkansas City, Kansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 9, 2026 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Larry Stalnaker; and her brothers, Dan Benning and Ben Benning. She is survived by: her significant other Larry Stalnaker; her sons, Danny Baker (Carmelina) of Navarre, FL and Darrell Baker (Kristen) of Ark City; her grandchildren, Amanda Bruce (Colten) of Ark City, Cody Neal (Brittany) of Ark City, Kyla Thomas (Joey) of Yale, OK and Julie Baker; her great grandchildren, George, Cooper, Betty, Mya and Gia; and her sister-in-law Becky Benning.
Memorials may be made to the Cowley County Humane Society and left in the care of the Shelley Family Funeral Home.
