With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Ruth Pappan of Arkansas City, Kansas, born in Bakersfield, California, who passed away on October 2, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Aulus Williams and Alma Williams (Hicks); her husband Jerry Deamer Pappan; and her sister Georgia May Williams. She is survived by : her children, Scott Pappan (Juliann) and Deena Pappan; and her siblings, Robert Williams, Leon Williams, Mary Wahlenmaier and Peggy Acosta. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Good Samaritan Fund at Presbyterian Manor. Donations may be left in the care of the funeral home.
