He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Mitchell and Annie Miller; and his sisters, Dorothy Glover, Mary Ann McCoy, Dorothy F. Chiles, Laura R. Davison and Tammy E. Fulcher.
He is survived by: his children, Phillip A. Fulcher of Pomona, CA, David K. Fulcher (Janet) of Palm Springs, CA and Sheila North (Raymond) of Rancho Cucamonga, CA; and his siblings, Jimmy L. Fulcher of El Dorado, Janice E. Fulcher of Arkansas City, James A. Fulcher of Arkansas City and Ricky J. Fulcher of Arkansas City. He is also survived by four grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews.
A memorial has been established with the Shelton Beaty Post 18 American Legion. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
