He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford John David and Mildred (Ruggles); his siblings, Jerry and Sady; and his grandchildren, Sara Renee West, Ashley Marie Drum and Derreck Tyler David.

He is survived by: his former wives, Sharon Kay Barker and Becky Lynn Plank; and his son Mick (Jennifer).
