He was predeceased by: his grandfather Richard Sinclair; and his stepfather Randall "Randy". He is survived by: his parents, James Dull and Anette Sinclair; his wife Catherine E. Debbrecht; his children, Anthony Joseph Sinclair, Charles William Joseph Sinclair and Clara Amelia Rose Streeter; his grandparents, Ronald "Joe", Janice Miller, Dan and Laura Dull; and his sisters, Tiffany Sinclair and Kristen Dull. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Haysville Masonic Lodge 300 (300 S Main St, Haysville, KS 67060).
