She was predeceased by: her parents, Damien Leo and Marie Blubaugh (McClung); her siblings, Jeanne Carter, Joan Blubaugh, Mary Kathleen Parker and Joe Blubaugh; and her niece Kristi Field.
She is survived by: her nieces, Kimberly Proctor (Bruce) of Leon and Jennifer Tice (Drew) of Ames, IA.
A memorial has been established in Rita's name for the Cowley County Humane Society. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
