He was predeceased by: his father Herman Bay. He is survived by: his mother Carlene Bay (Marshal); his wife Cindy Hockenbury; his sons, Josh Bay (Kim) and Tyson Bay; his grandchildren, Kaycie Bay (Brent) and Logan Bay (Lakota); his great grandchild Booker Lee; and his siblings, David Bay, Barbara Bay and Cathy Horsch.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Booker Lee Education Fund for his great-grandson.
