He is survived by: his wife Herlinda Dowler; his children, Roy Wayne Dowler, Jr. (Tammy), Christy Parker (Kike), Cindy Wells (Mike) and Cherie Mattocks; his grandchildren, Riley (Cheyenne), Brock (Hadley Shaw), Raider (Naomi), Laken (John), Korbyn, Kasen, Collin, Braiden Brigam (Madison) and Nicholas; his great grandchildren, Trevin, Tracen, Oaklee, Jovie, Breckynn, Brixtynn, Royal, Areli, Easton, Elliott, Palmer and Memphis; and his siblings, Richard O. Dowler, Dale Dowler, Jim Dowler, Alvena Ruth Dowler, Joyce Harjo, Lois Jennings and Mary Jane Dowler.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Cowley County Humane Society, donations may be left in the care of the Shelley Family Funeral Home of Arkansas City.
