He is survived by: his wife Donna Jo Kates; his children, Marcy Harner of Arlington, Darrel Harner (Misty) of Hutchinson, Doug Harner (Tawnya) of Partridge and Donald Harner (Jennifer) of Arlington; his grandchildren, Colby Harner, Shelby Harner, Annie Harner (Dalton Langford), Emily Foster and Allison Evans (Quentin); and his great grandchildren, Ross and Elouise.
