He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Keith and Virginia Keith; and his former wife Kyle. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Cole; his children, Tracey Bogina (Greg), Piper Richardson of Arma, KS, Shane Shepherd of Kansas City, KS and Doug Shepherd of Joplin, MO; his grandchildren, Austin Bogina (Karley), J. T. Richardson (Hunter), Kaylee Bogina, Caedence Shepherd and Zachary Shepherd; and his great grandchild Cove Richardson.
