It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Reed of Ashland, Kansas, who passed away on June 26, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Richard Sr. and Mary May Reed; his siblings, Louise Burlingham and George Reed Jr. (Peggy Reed); his daughter Roxie Ann Reed; and his grandson Jared Riner.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his siblings, Shriners of Children's Hospitals, Helen Freer (Bob) and Cherry Love; his children, Peggy Ashby, Steven Reed (Pam), Mary Reed and Tammy Reed; and his grandchildren, Joshua Ashby (Valerie), Levi Ashby-Rosellon (Arronoel), McKenzie Reed Hulett (Jeff), Matt Reed (Melisha), Chad Stowell-Reed (Justina), Nicole Amdahl-Reed (Kellie), Hunter Reed, Zackary Reed, Jordan Vierling (Danielle) and Jaydan Reed.
In lieu of flowers, the family would encourage donations in Frank's name made to the Ashland Volunteer Fire Department or to the VFW Post # 7770 Ashland, Kansas.
