He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil D. Howell and Nellie Carlson Howell; and his siblings, Doris, Helen and Don.
He is survived by: his children, Gail, Andy and Tim. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
