It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Albert James Hale of Atchison, Kansas, who passed away on December 1, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Wayne and Ida Jane Hale (Hattan); his wife Ruby Green; his son Roy Wayne Hale; and his siblings, Hugh Hale, Inger Martin (Rupert), Hazel Roloff (Rupert), Grace Cowley (Rupert), Lila Woods (Rupert), Lois Stevens (Hale) and Ida Louise Cantwell.
He is survived by: his children, David (Alana Hale), Gerald Hale (Roxanne Tosterud) of Atchison, KS, James (Carol Hale), Nancy Hauetter (Curt Muessig) of Kansas City, MO and Sarah (Luke Erpelding). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, and twenty great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to St. Croix Hospice and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
