Wade; her children, Kimberly Kiehl (Tony), Sandra Reno (Mark), Amanda Johnson, Carrie Childers, Paige Childers and Les Blaski (Amy); her siblings, Diane, DeDe, Gaylen and Clayton Holland; and her stepchildren, Kathy Petty (David), Eric Wade (Kim) and Shane Wade (Susan). She is also survived by one great-great grandchild, as well as many nieces and nephews.
