He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Long and Clara Long; and his sister Jane Willard. He is survived by: his wife Patty Wolvington; his children, Christina Jackson (Cory) and Jason Wolvington (Stephanie); his sister Diane Samuel; and his grandchildren, Bethany Niemackl (Mason) and Brendan Wolvington. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home (208 N 5th St, Atchison, KS 66002). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Benedict Church (1000 N 2nd St, Atchison, KS 66002).
Memorials may be left to St. Jude Children's Hospital or the charity of your choice.
