He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Oyer and Frances Oyer (Dee). He is survived by: his sons, Kevin and Scott Oyer of Atchison, KS.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Faith Bible Fellowship Church (18682 262nd Rd, Atchison, KS 66002). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Faith Bible Fellowship Church and may be sent in care of the Becker-Dyer-Stanton Funeral Home who is handling the services.
