He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Ed Kramer and Joyce (Underwood); and his brother Joseph Kramer. He is survived by: his wife Susan Kramer; his children, Dillon Kramer, Blaine Kramer and Carlie Kramer; and his brothers, Tim Kramer (Sally) and Jeff Kramer (Sara). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
